New Student Job- Apple at Home Advisor

Job Summary:  Apple is now hiring students of Louisiana State University to work part-time from home as Apple At-Home Advisors. In this role, you’ll support the products that have made Apple an iconic technology company. Working from home, you’ll be a part of a virtual team taking calls from our customers. You’ll be the expert on our most popular products, which will make you pretty popular with our customers too.

This is a customer service associate position.   Key Qualifications Currently enrolled student at a participating school through May 2013 Cumulative GPA of 2.7 or higher Minimum 35 WPM Technical savvy Customer service focus Ability to work independently Ability to work full-time over the summer and during school breaks Ability to work part-time for a minimum of 20 hours per week while in school Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment and criminal background check Successful completion of initial training (first four weeks of employment).

At-Home Qualifications: Home residence located within 100 miles of the participating university A quiet workspace, ergonomic chair, and desk High-speed Internet service (2Mbps or better) from a reliable provider A dedicated telephone land line from a reliable carrier (must be installed before you start work)
